Del Norte Ambulance Ground and Air Service is a locally owned and community involved company that employs
highly trained medical personnel dedicated to serving Del Norte County residents and visitors with compassion and
professionalism. All aspects of both ground and air care are supervised and controlled under the direction of a physician.
Del Norte Ambulance is the only ambulance company that provides emergency ground
and air service in Del Norte County.
All our aircraft are approved by the Federal Aviation Administration for all-weather operation. All
our pilots meet or exceed stringent FAA standards and training. Our units are fully equipped with state-of-the-art advanced
life support equipment and are available 24 hours a day.
We accept Medicare, Medi-Cal and all other private insurances. The Del Norte Ambulance family of businesses
also includes a charter air service, and a limo service at your disposal. We also provide professional and community
education such as CPR, First Aid, and customized education programs.
Our billing professionals can arrange custom payment plans and we accept all major credit cards.
